There are more than 70 muscle conditioning exercises to tone and/or build your body in just 8 to 10 weeks.
1-Workout delivery’s trainers are certified in Physiology, Kinesiology and C.P.R., and have at least 2 years experience to give you the best understanding of how your body works while providing safe and effective workouts. Trainers are there to motivate you and make your workouts fun. But more importantly, their mission is to help you meet your weight and fitness goals.
PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING
1-Workout Delivery's transform program ranges from 8 to 10 weeks of workouts with a Certified Personal Trainer.
We combine aerobics, weight lifting and a sound nutrition plan in addition to weekly weight and body fat monitoring.
You receive a free workout or body fat test with one of our personal trainers or a check for 10% of the total purchase for each person you refer that joins up.
THINGS TO LOOK FOR WHEN CHOOSING A PERSONAL TRAINER
Is the trainer knowledgeable in exercise kineseology? definition: how muscles, joints, and connective tissue move, and respond during various types of exercise, to help you learn which exercises work which muscles.
Is the trainer testing your physical capabilities? with specific exercises to determine the right program for you.
Is the trainer supplying you with detailed descriptions and photos/illustrations? of the exercises & stretches he/she is having you do, to allow you to learn on your own.
Is the trainer supplying you with a detailed description of how your exercise program works? for you to understand how you are reaching your goal.
Is the trainer supplying you with information about the importance of a balanced nutrition plan? and what it can do for you to reach your goal.
Is the trainer knowledgeable in exercise physiology? definition: how the body reacts to different types of exercise, to aid you in knowing what happens to your physique during exercise.
Is the trainer having you fill out a health evaluation form? which would contain your physical goals, health problems, etc. to help design your program.
Is the trainer testing your body fat & muscle percentage? on a weekly or monthly basis, and keeping a record of it to make sure you are reaching your goal.
Does the trainer Have at least one full year of experience teaching exercise?, and is he/she certified, but remember certification does not make a great trainer, anyone can get certified, Experience is essential.
